Carolina Challenge Baseball League PLAYER Registration All players must be registered with the Carolina Challenge Baseball League to be eligible to play in any CCBL tournaments. The registration fee covers insurance for the calendar year and administrative costs. The fee is the same whether you register in March or October, and covers only the calendar year you are in. For example, if you register in March, 2007, you are covered for the Spring 2007 and Fall 2007 tournaments. If you register in October, 2007, you are covered for the Fall 2007 tournaments only. Registration fees are: $12 per player for ages 12 and under. $16 per player for ages 13 to 15. Players may be registered individually, or they may be registered as a group by the coach. Either way, the following information must be listed for each player:
The registration fee must be paid when the player or players are registered. A coach may not register a list of players and then have the parents pay the fee. If the coach plans to register his players, he should collect the fee from the parents and then pay the total fee when he registers his team. A player may be added to a team during the course of the season, as long as the player is registered and the fee paid before being added to a roster. |
